[My impression]
The vertical stripe dial is the highlight here and gives this 6694 a very clean, refined look.
It also comes with a Rolex Service Centre guarantee card dated 2015, which I think adds a reassuring bit of history, even though the crown was replaced at that time.

It appears to remain in original condition.
No clear signs of redial, repainting, or relume.

[Hands] : Very Good
They appear original, with no clear signs of replacement or relume.

[Crystal] : Very Good
Plexiglass.

[Case, crown and back of the case] : Very Good
The case shows light signs of age and use.
Crown screw-in is very good (approx. 1.8 turns to unlock).
The serial number engraving is clear.

New leather strap.
Aftermarket and not original Rolex.

Hand-winding and time-setting work properly.
Date change works properly around midnight (non-quickset).
