The dial shows light aging consistent with its age, but no signs of refinishing. It remains in original condition.

Crown screw-in is good. (1.0 turn of crown to unlock)
There is some peeling on the gold plating of the rug's edge.
The serial number engraving is unreadable.
However, the engraving “6694, Manufacturer (K.B.), 40 microns gold-plated” is readable.
The standard strap width is 19mm, but since this item measures approximately 19.8mm, we've fitted it with a 20mm strap.
Some K.B.(（Charles-René Kaufmann & Cie.）)-signed Rolex cases have been observed to measure slightly wider between the lugs (around 19.8–20.0 mm), likely due to minor manufacturing tolerances or age-related deformation, which are considered normal within genuine vintage variations.
