[My impression]
The gold-capped Ref.1024 is often nicknamed the “Golden Egg,” but this grey dial gives it a quieter character than the usual champagne examples.
I especially like the contrast between the warm gold case and the cool sunburst grey dial. It feels elegant without being showy.

It appears original. No clear signs of redial, repainting, or relume. Some age-related marks and loss around several hour markers are visible.

[Hands] : Good
They appear original, with no clear signs of replacement or relume. Age-related wear is present.

[Crystal] : Very Good
Plexiglass.

[Case, crown and back of the case] : Good
The gold-capped case and stainless-steel caseback show scratches and age-related wear. Crown screw-in is good (approx. 0.75 turns to unlock). The serial engraving is readable.

New aftermarket leather strap, not Rolex. Fits wrists up to approx. 20.0cm.
