[Originality Verified]
The watch is judged to be original and period-correct in its main configuration.
The critical components (case & caseback, dial, and movement) are original, and the key components (crown, hands, and bezel) are original as well.
Bracelet/strap is not original Rolex: fitted with a leather strap (non-genuine).

This is an uncommon Ref.1505 featuring an attractive yellow gold engraved bezel and a grey hairline dial.
The dial has distinctive tall, short hour markers, and the hands appear to be the shorter type designed to avoid interference with the applied markers, giving it a unique look compared with other 1500-series models.
It also comes with a vintage Rolex genuine buckle. There is some gold plating wear on the back side, but it is not very noticeable when worn.

Passed the 30m water resistance test. However, please be careful with water when using it.

It appears to remain in original condition.
Not refinished, not repainted, with no clear signs of relume.

[Hands] : Very Good
They appear original.
No clear signs of hand replacement or relume.

[Crystal] : Very Good

[Case, crown and back of the case] : Good
Crown screw-in is good. (approx. 0.8 turn to unlock)
The serial number engraving is readable.

[Band] : Leather strap (not genuine Rolex)
The strap is aftermarket.
The buckle is a vintage Rolex genuine buckle.
There is some gold plating wear on the back side of the buckle.

It runs well by hand-winding and automatic winding.
Hand-winding, automatic winding, and date change works properly (non-quickset).
