[Originality Verified] - Does Not Meet Chrono24’s Authenticity Criteria
The watch itself is genuine Rolex. However, the dial has been refinished, and the hands and crown appear to be later Rolex service replacements. Due to the refinished dial, the watch does not meet Chrono24’s authenticity criteria.

Water resistance tested to 30m. Water exposure is not recommended for a vintage watch.

[My impression]
The refinished doorstop dial gives this watch a clean and distinctive early Datejust look.
Although not fully original, it presents very well overall and appears to have received Rolex service in the past.

[Dial] : Good
The dial is judged to have been refinished, possibly mainly in the lettering. The hour-marker dots also appear to have been repainted.

[Hands] : Very Good
They appear to be later Rolex service replacements.

[Crystal] : Very Good
Plexiglass.

[Case, crown and back of the case] : Good
The case shows signs of age and use.
The crown appears to be a later-style Rolex service replacement.
Crown screw-in is very good (approx. 1.75 turns to unlock).
The serial engraving is clear.

[Band] : New
New aftermarket leather strap, not Rolex.
Fits wrists up to approx. 20 cm.

[Action] : Very Good
Automatic winding, hand-winding, time-setting, and date change around midnight work properly.

[Accuracy] : Very Good
